Research Manager

D.K. Shifflet & Associates, the leader in syndicated Travel Research, seeks team oriented research professionals proficient in all dimensions of the research process as well as client consultation and data presentation experience.
In this exciting, diverse position you will work with clients to determine their data needs and with internal departments to execute client projects. You will analyze data, make conclusions and recommendations, write reports and present your findings to the client.

Required Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• 3+ years primary research experience, preferably with a research vendor
• Excellent analytic, writing and communication skills
• Client management including data needs assessment, contract review/renewal and data presentation skills
• Research design/survey development
• Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Master's degree in relevant field of study
• Tourism/Hospitality Industry experience
• Custom research design/ methodology
• Knowledge or experience with online data collection methods
• Statistics/Economics
